Ingredients: Serving size: 1 portion
- 5-6 x king prawns – shell on / head on
- Dipping sauce: Spicy mayo / garlic aioli
- Salt and pepper / oil
Method:
- Clean you prawns removing the shell if you wish (our preference is to leave it on or at least the head for flavour)
- Heat up your griddle or grill and then place the prawns on, cooking on each side for 1-2 minutes until pink and juicy
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce and wedge of lime
