Ingredients
- Macphie Panna Cotta
- Blind baked sweet pastry tart case
- Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- Silver gelatine leaves
- Mixed frozen berries
Method
- Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
- Gently warm the Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping and stir in the soft gelatine leaves until dissolved.
- Pour into the bottom of the sweet pastry case and place in the fridge to set.
- Gently heat the Macphie Panna Cotta in a medium sized saucepan, bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
- Once taken off the heat, carefully pour into sweet pastry tart case on top of the set jelly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature until the top starts to set, then place in a fridge for around 2 hrs allow to set fully.
- When ready to serve garnish with frozen berries and Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping.
