Ingredients
- 24 good quality pigs in blankets
- 340g Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- 3g (half a teaspoon) good quality balsamic vinegar
Method
- Roast the pig in blankets through the oven at 190°C for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Mix the balsamic vinegar with the Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping and serve as a dipping sauce.
