Ingredients
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Harissa paste
- 4 lamb koftas
- Soft brioche finger rolls (make using Macphie Softie®)
- Finley sliced red cabbage
- Pickled red onions
- Chopped coriander
- Pomegranate seeds
- Lime
Method
- Mix the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce with harissa paste to taste and gently warm through.
- Grill your lamb koftas until charred and cooked through.
- Place the cooked koftas into each bun
- Generously drizzle with the harissa nacho cheese sauce and top with red cabbage, pickled red onions, chopped coriander & pomegranate seeds.
- Serve with a wedge of lime.
