Our Fairway Assured Mixed Traybakes come in five distinct flavours, each crafted to perfection. The Belgian Chocolate Caramel Krispie features caramel and Belgian milk chocolate-coated crisp rice cereal, finished with a dark chocolate-flavoured coating. This combination offers a perfect balance of sweetness and slight bitterness with a satisfying crunch. 

The Belgian Milk Chocolate Millionaire Shortbread is a classic choice, with a buttery shortbread base topped with rich caramel and Belgian milk chocolate, delivering a smooth and silky texture with each bite. 

For those who enjoy a nutty flavour, the Butterscotch and Pecan combines a shortbread base with sugar-frosted cereal flakes, pecans, and caramel, creating a delightful blend of sweet and rich flavours.

The Lemon Pavlova Slice features a shortbread base topped with lemon curd, meringue pieces, marshmallows, and Belgian white chocolate. This variety balances the tartness of lemon curd with the soft, chewy texture of meringue and marshmallows, offering a refreshing and delightful experience. 

Lastly, the Snowy Rocky Road is a rich tea biscuit mixed with marshmallows, sweetened dried cranberries, dried apricots, and a white chocolate flavour coating. Each box contains 30 pieces, with six pieces of each flavour, delivered frozen in recyclable packaging. Our Fairway Assured Persian Style Lemon Cake is both a visual and taste sensation. It features a lemon sponge cake with lemon curd, filled and topped with geranium-flavoured buttercream. The cake is beautifully decorated with edible rose petals and pistachios, adding a touch of elegance to its presentation. Combining refreshing lemon citrus and delicate floral notes from the geranium creates a unique and memorable flavour profile. 

The cake is pre-sliced into 16 pieces, making it easy to serve in various settings. It is delivered frozen and should be defrosted for four to five hours before serving. Once defrosted, it will last 5-7 days under a dome at room temperature, providing flexibility and convenience for busy establishments.
