Fairway Foodservice showcased its own brand, Fairway Assured, at an event for its members’ sales teams. The quality of the products was highlighted and compared to market competitors, boosting team knowledge and confidence. Fairway’s new quiche range was also previewed.
Fairway Foodservice showcased its high-quality own-brand products, Fairway Assured, at a dedicated event for members sales teams.
The event brought together 18 members and the Fairway Foodservice team to benchmark selected Fairway Assured products. These products were compared to leading brands as well as other own-brand versions available in the market.
Wholesalers’ sales, marketing, and purchasing personnel received support to enhance their knowledge and confidence when promoting their own brand range to customers.
Martin King, Managing Director of King Brothers, emphasised the importance of having a well-informed sales team: “Having a sales team that understands how good the Fairway Assured product range is, when they are out to face-to-face with customers is really important”
The biennial event was held at Crewe Hall and Coral Rose, Fairway’s Managing Director, expressed her satisfaction “The event has gone fantastically well and it was an amazing opportunity to show sales teams the quality of their Fairway Assured brand.”
The new fairway assured quiche range
The sales teams had the chance to sample the new Fairway Assured quiche range, available on 1st August 2023. The assortment includes Tomato & Basil, Cheese & Onion, Quiche Lorraine, and Mediterranean Vegetables.
Dave Young, Managing Director of Youngs Foods, praised the Fairway Assured Quiches, “The quiches were in a different class in terms of looks and taste. I was quite surprised at how superior they were to competitor brands’.
