Ingredients: 3 rolls
- 300g of lobster, crab or crayfish (the UK type!)
- ½ tablespoon of lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Handful of chopped chives
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Crunchy lettuce
- Brioche roll x 3
Method:
- If raw, add your meat (in the shell) to a hot pan and cook with a little butter
- Remove the meat from the shell and dice into large chunks
- Once cool, add the lemon juice, salt & pepper, 2.5 tbsp of mayonnaise and chopped chives to your fish meat (make the sauce separately as your type of fish being used will mean you may not need all of the sauce / or more)
- Serve in your brioche roll with crunchy lettuce
