INGREDIENTS
Serves 4 as a tear and share starter or 1 or 2 as a main course.
- 1 340g Fairway Assured Dough Ball, thawed
- 75g cottage cheese
- 75g grated Fairway Assured Cheddar
- 75g Fairway Assured Grated Mozzarella
- 1 egg
METHODS
Preheat the oven to 200C
- Roll out the dough ball into a large oval shape.
- Mix all the cheese in a bowl and add to dough leaving around an inch gap clear around the outside as you would with a pizza.
- Roll over the edges as in photo to make a boat shape.
- Make a clear area in centre for the egg but don’t add it yet.
- Bake for 15 mins.
- Remove from oven, add egg and bake for another 5 mins.
Optional garnish with fresh herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
