Mixed Berry Panna Cotta Tart

Ingredients

  • Macphie Panna Cotta 
  • Blind baked sweet pastry tart case
  • Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
  • Silver gelatine leaves
  • Mixed frozen berries

Method

  1. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
  2. Gently warm the Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping and stir in the soft gelatine leaves until dissolved.
  3. Pour into the bottom of the sweet pastry case and place in the fridge to set.
  4. Gently heat the Macphie Panna Cotta in a medium sized saucepan, bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
  5. Once taken off the heat, carefully pour into sweet pastry tart case on top of the set jelly.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature until the top starts to set, then place in a fridge for around 2 hrs allow to set fully.
  7. When ready to serve garnish with frozen berries and Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping.
