- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Brown sauce
- Thick sliced sourdough bread
- Chestnut mushrooms
- Cherry tomatoes on the vine
- Black pudding
- Smoked streaky bacon
- Black pudding
- Duck egg
- Butter
Method
- Heat the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce, add in brown sauce (to taste).
- Drizzle the cherry tomatoes with a small amount of oil and season, place under the grill for 2-3 minutes until blistered.
- Fry the black pudding (until crisp on each side), bacon (until crispy) and mushrooms.
- Poach the duck egg.
- Toast & butter the sourdough bread.
- Assemble the bruschetta and generously coat with the Macphie Nacho Sauce.
