- 300g ready-to-use pizza dough
- Custard
- 500g large diced and peeled apple
- Macphie Toffee Sauce
- 150g uncooked crumble topping
Method
- Stretch or roll your pizza dough on a floured surface to a circular shape.
- Gently cook the apple in brown sugar.
- Cover the base in custard, followed by the cooked apple pieces, then the crumble topping.
- Cook in a hot oven until the crust is cooked and the crumble topping in golden brown.
- Drizzle with Macphie Toffee Sauce and fill a pot up for dipping.
