Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Small wheel of Brie
- 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- Handful of pistachio nuts
- 1 egg to glaze
Method
- Lightly score around a bowl to make the centre ring shape.
- Place sliced Brie, sauce and rest of ingredients in a circle shape
- Make cuts in the pastry and fold over (see the video to see how)
- Glaze with beaten egg and bake for 20 mins on 200.
